Introduction

This installation guide is for the Safari V-SPEC snorkel system for the Land Rover Defender with a Duratec 2.4 litre Common-Rail Diesel Engine.

Special Tools Required

The following special tools are required for the installation: Step Drill, 3.5mm drill bit, Sikaflex 227 adhesive sealant, Pop-rivet gun, Masking Tape, Touch-up paint, and Loctite threadlock Blue Removable.

Fitting Time

The fitting time for this installation is approximately 120 minutes.

Important: Prior to commencing the installation, verify that all components are correct, particularly the template (Item 12).
