Important Notes
Before installing the shock absorber kit, ensure all parts are present and contact an Ohlins dealer if anything is missing.
Read the Ohlins Owner’s manual before installation, as this product affects vehicle stability.
Be aware that some oil or grease may leak during storage and transport, but this will not damage the product.
Installation
Mounting instructions are provided for both front and rear shock absorbers, with specific notes for Tesla Model 3 and Model Y.
Ensure the vehicle is safely supported during installation, and refer to the vehicle service manual for specific procedures.
Adjustments
Adjustment knob or wire adjuster is used for Model Y or Model 3, respectively, and the recommended preload is 2 mm from a free length of 200 mm.
Rebound settings and spring preload adjustments are detailed, with warnings against over-preloading the spring.
The height adjuster allows for a ride height adjustment range of 230-260 mm.
