Before installing this product, read the Ohlins Owner’s Manual and check the kit contents. Ensure the vehicle is safely supported when lifted.
Installation Steps
Raise the vehicle, remove the front wheels, and loosen the bolts for the lower strut attachments. Support the wheel hubs to prevent brake hose damage.
Remove the original struts, cut the dust boot, and fit the new components according to the figures.
Tighten the lock nut to 35-40 Nm and adjust the spring seat, lock ring, and height adjuster lock ring.
Adjustments and Setup
Adjust the height adjuster lock ring and ensure all bolts are tightened to the correct torque. Refer to the Ohlins Owner’s Manual for setup data and adjustments.
