Important Notice

This bulletin is issued due to an engineering process improvement to ensure accurate oil level measurement on Aston Martin V12 engines.

Engine Oil Level Check Procedure

Warning: Engine and engine oil can be hot after operation. Let them cool before working to avoid personal injury.

Caution: Do not operate the engine with oil level below “MIN” or above “MAX” mark to avoid serious engine damage.

Use the correct oil specified by Aston Martin to avoid serious engine damage, pollution, and warranty invalidation.

The procedure involves installing a vehicle protection kit, ensuring the vehicle is on level ground, and checking the oil level when the engine and oil are cold.

The oil level must be between the “MIN” and “MAX” marks on the dipstick. If the level is too low, add the correct quantity of oil and let it settle for two minutes before rechecking.
