Summary
This service bulletin addresses a noise issue from the front end during turns or going over bumps in certain Buick, Cadillac, and GMC models.
The condition may be caused by the front strut spring rotating out of position in the lower isolator, allowing it to contact the inner fender.
Correction
Inspect and verify for the rubbing condition of the spring to the inner fender. If there is contact, remove the strut assembly, inspect the spring, and replace it if necessary. Clean the spring seat of the isolator to prevent possible spring rotation.
No parts are required for this repair.
