Important Pre-Installation Checks
Check the Rhino-Rack website for the latest issue of the instructions and refer to your vehicle’s owner manual for the correct roof load limit. Ensure all bolt connections are checked after installation and at regular intervals.
Loading and Securing
The maximum carrying capacity is dependent on the vehicle manufacturer’s maximum roof allowance. Load must be evenly distributed over the system, and ensure the system weight does not exceed the manufacturer’s load limit.
Installation
Refer to the instructions for installation procedures and torque settings for the roof rack system.
Additional Notes
Rigidly fix tub/tray/canopys to either the cabin roof racks or tub/tray/canopys roof racks, but not both simultaneously. Long flexible loads must be securely attached to rigid support and tied down to the bonnet.
