Installation and Maintenance

Fit time: 90 minutes. Two-person installation recommended.

Exercise extreme care when transporting wind-resistant loads and ensure ladder is well supported on the ground.

Distribute loads evenly and avoid point loads concentrated at the front or rear.

Check all bolted connections regularly, depending on road conditions, usage, and distances travelled.

Torque Settings and Tools Required

Torque settings for fasteners: 4-SNm, 8-10Nm, 16-18Nm.

Tools required: tape measure, cutting tool, marker/pen, flat head screwdriver, and more.
