Fuel Systems

Modifications to fuel tanks, lines, hoses, or connectors are the responsibility of the second-stage manufacturer, who must ensure compliance with F/CMVSS 301 regulations.

Auxiliary fuel ports are provided for secondary power systems, but installing a secondary fuel port may affect F/CMVSS 301 compliance.

Exhaust System

Modifying the exhaust system is not recommended, as it may affect F/CMVSS emissions certification.

Cooling System

Do not modify the original equipment cooling system, fan, fan clutch, hoses, or routing, as it may result in unsatisfactory cooling system performance.

Body Design Recommendations

When making conversions to the vehicle front end, ensure the front radiator grill allows at least the same passage of air as the original.

Correct engine cooling must be ensured, and no alterations should be made to the areas of the engine that emit most heat.

Fitting Roof Rack

The ProMaster roof contains unique attachments for mounting Mopar or aftermarket roof racks, and the maximum admissible load condition must not be exceeded.
