Recall Information

The headlamp driver module (HDM) may not operate properly, causing low-beam headlamps and daytime running lamps to fail to illuminate.

This condition affects certain 2005-2009 model year vehicles, including Buick LaCrosse, Saab 9-7x, Buick Rainier, Chevrolet Trailblazer, GMC Envoy, Pontiac Grand Prix, and others.

Correction

Dealers will replace the headlamp driver module (HDM) with a new design HDM.

This service will be performed at no charge to customers.

Customer Reimbursement

Customers who have already paid for repairs can submit a reimbursement request to the dealer or GM Customer Assistance Center by May 31, 2017.
