Porsche Warranty Conditions and Exclusions
The Porsche Warranty offers a set of benefits to the first original owner of the Porsche Vehicle, including a manufacturing warranty, a battery warranty, and a paint warranty. The warranty is subject to certain conditions and exclusions, including the requirement for the vehicle to receive all service interval work in conformity with the specifications of the service interval display and/or product manual.
The warranty also excludes claims under certain circumstances, such as when the defect is caused by the vehicle being previously improperly repaired, maintained, or serviced, or when the instructions for the operation, handling, and care of the vehicle are not followed.
Benefitting Claimants
The Porsche Warranty operates for the benefit of the first original owner (and, subject to certain conditions, subsequent owners) of the Porsche Vehicle.
The warranty can be enjoyed by any subsequent owner of the Porsche Vehicle, but only if the conditions in clause 4 are satisfied. Claims by subsequent owners will be considered accordingly.
Service in the event of a warranty claim
In the event of a valid warranty claim, the warrantee shall have the defect remedied free of charge by an authorised Porsche Centre or Porsche Service Centre.
The warranty repair service will involve returning the net battery capacity to a certain percentage value, as specified in clause 5.2.
