The symptoms of this issue are described as an abnormal noise, vibration, and judder from the rear differential area of the vehicle. The bulletin provides a flow chart on page 2 to assist in diagnosis and recommends following the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for removal and installation information.
The bulletin also provides parts information for replacement of the Electric Controlled Coupling and the Rear Final Drive Assembly, including part numbers and quantities needed for each model.
