Service Campaign Overview
Nissan is conducting a voluntary service campaign to provide owners of certain 2022-2023 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab SV Long Wheel Base vehicles with a supplement to place in their Owner’s Manual and a warning label to apply to the trailer hitch.
Corrective Action
Nissan will mail the supplements and labels directly to affected owners, or provide them to vehicles in dealer inventory, to remind operators not to remove or replace the trailer hitch.
Frequently Asked Questions
This campaign is not a stop sale, and is not a safety recall. Nissan will provide owners of affected vehicles with a supplement for their 2022-2023 Nissan Frontier Owner’s Manual or both a supplement and a warning label.
