Vehicle Safety Recall Campaign 328
Maserati has determined that certain vehicles were manufactured with a rear differential unit pinion nut that was not torqued correctly, which could result in a reduction or total loss of axial force, noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) performance issues, reduced gear and bearing life, and a differential fluid leak.
The recall procedure involves inspecting the rear differential pinion nut torque and replacing it if necessary. The repair will be performed free of charge to the customer.
