Condition Summary

A situation where an interference/screech/popping noise may be heard during a Bluetooth call.

Cause

This may be caused by electrical interference from the body electrical wiring harness when the climate seats are operated, an auto Stop/Start event occurs, and/or the active driveline is operational.

Action

Follow the Workshop Procedure below if a customer expresses this concern.

Parts and tools required are listed, including overlay wiring harnesses, microphones, and trim panel clips.

Warranty and labor information are also provided.
