Introduction
This Workshop Manual is designed to assist Lotus Dealers in the efficient repair and maintenance of the Lotus Europa models.
The manual is in loose-leaf form for easy amendment and is divided into sections, each with a contents page, to easily locate specific operations.
Important Notes
Service Information: Design changes, product improvements, or changes in procedure will be issued in Service/Parts Bulletins to authorized Lotus Dealers.
Technical Data: Comprehensive information on dimensions, tolerances, weights, and loading figures can be found starting on page 9.
Recommended Lubrication and Maintenance: Refer to Section ‘0’ for factory-approved recommended lubricants and intervals of Periodical Maintenance.
Frost Precautions: Take proper precautions against damage by frost, as recommended in Section K’ (Cooling System).
Paint and Body Protection: Use body protection covers when working on parts of the car to prevent damage to paint and body.
