Quality Control
The Emira production line features a 5-axis HC-90TR 63.16.25 twin-arm coordinate measuring machine (CMM) manufactured by LK Metrology, which enables 100% non-contact dimensional inspection at production-line speed.
The CMM completes automated measuring cycles quickly, making it possible to inspect every car, ensuring high build quality and reducing the need for rework.
Advanced Metrology
The LK HC-90TR CMM features advanced, triple-laser cross scanners that measure features automatically on both sides of the Lotus Emira simultaneously, providing rapid and accurate inspection.
The machine’s high-end technology, including ceramic construction, provides excellent stability, accuracy, and speed.
