Action Required
Owners of affected vehicles must contact their nearest authorized Jaguar retailer to arrange for the repair, which involves updating the BECM software.
Retailers must not sell affected vehicles until the repair is completed, and must check the Jaguar Warranty Portal to ensure affected vehicles are correctly identified.
A campaign completion guide video must be viewed before performing the BECM software update.
