Important Safety Information

Proper installation is essential to experience the benefits of this system. The removal and installation of air suspension products should only be performed by a fully qualified, ASE Certified, professional.

Warning: The air suspension system is under pressure (up to 10 bar; or 150 Ibffin). Verify pressure has been relieved and disconnect power to the air suspension system prior to disassembly.

General Information

Not to be stored below 58F (-158C) and above 1228F (508C). Avoid damage to air lines and cables. Removal and installation is only to be performed by fully qualified personnel.

Consult your vehicle owner’s manual, service manual, or car dealer for the correct jacking points on your vehicle and for additional care, safety and maintenance instructions.

Air Suspension Compressor Assembly Removal

Set the steering to straight ahead, raise the vehicle, and remove the protective shroud from underneath the rear of the vehicle to access the compressor.

Disconnect the three (3) electrical connectors from the valve block and compressor assembly, and disconnect the rubber intake hose.

Disconnect the red and blue air lines from the valve block, and remove the four (4) outer mounting nuts that secure the compressor bracket assembly to the vehicle.

Remove the entire compressor assembly from the vehicle, and remove the air line from the compressor.
