Welcome to the installation manual for your new air suspension product. Please read this manual carefully before installing the product on your vehicle.
Important Safety Measures: Make sure to review the necessary safety measures while installing your new Air Suspension System, including proper lifting and immobilizing of the vehicle and isolation of any stored energy to prevent personal injury or property damage.
Warning: The air suspension system is under pressure (up to 10 bar; or 150 Ib/in). Verify pressure has been relieved and disconnect power to the air suspension system prior to disassembly.
Air Strut Removal
Follow the step-by-step instructions for removing the air strut, including opening the rear cargo hatch, removing applicable side paneling, and raising the vehicle to remove the rear right wheel.
