Installation Recommendations
Use a hoist or hydraulic lift to facilitate the installation. Take all under-car safety precautions, and lift the vehicle using a hoist or hydraulic lift.
Before removing the original exhaust system, compare the parts received with the bill of materials to ensure all necessary parts are present.
Original Exhaust System Removal
Lubricate all hangers, rubber isolators, bolts, and nuts. Loosen and remove hardware on the left-side and right-side flanges of the rear muffler assemblies.
For vehicles with active exhaust valves, unplug the harness from the actuators and remove the hangers from rubber isolators.
