Infiniti has changed the Alignment toe specifications for 2011 and 2012 models. This bulletin is intended for use by qualified technicians only.
Please refer to the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for model-specific alignment procedures and all other alignment specifications.
Updated Specifications
Total Toe only specifications have been updated. Individual wheel toe measurements have been deleted.
If the steering wheel is straight and/or the vehicle does not drift on a pre-alignment test drive, do not adjust individual wheel toe angles.
If the steering wheel is not straight and/or the vehicle does drift on a pre-alignment test drive, repair and/or align the vehicle.
Always target nominal or best values to fix customer concerns.
