Important Information for First Responders
This guide provides essential information for safely interacting with a Hyundai IONIQ 5 electric vehicle equipped with a Motional Automated Driving System (ADS).
The Motional ADS-equipped IONIQ 5 can be identified by the addition of sensors on top of the vehicle and on its sides, as well as “Motional” decals on both sides of the vehicle.
Emergency Contact Information
In case of an incident, first responders should contact Motional’s local fleet support managers: Tatiana K (775) 298-6098 or Joseph B (725) 245-1367, providing the Motional vehicle identification license plate and location if possible.
Vehicle registration, owner information, and proof of insurance can be found on the underside of the driver-side visor.
