Do not drill, cut, weld, or modify the Trailer Hitch. Do not lubricate bolts and nuts with oil or grease.
Installation Requirements
Ensure the bumper beam is reinstalled after removing the trailer hitch. Never exceed the maximum towing capacity and tongue load.
Total vehicle weight must not exceed the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR), and load distribution on each axle must not exceed the Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR).
Additional Information
Warranty is granted only when installation is done correctly by a SUBARU dealer. Ensure all recyclable components and packaging are recycled following local regulations.
