Important Safety Recall Notice
Ferrari has identified a safety issue with certain Model Year 2018-2022 812 vehicles. The brake fluid reservoir cap may not vent properly, potentially leading to brake fluid leakage, reduced braking capability, and increased risk of a crash. To address this issue, Ferrari will repair affected vehicles free of charge, replacing the brake fluid reservoir cap and updating the software. If a message appears on the dashboard indicating low brake fluid level or a brake failure warning, drivers should pull off the road and contact Ferrari Roadside Assistance.
Ferrari will notify affected owners when the replacement part is available, and the repair and software update are expected to take approximately 1 hour. In the meantime, if a problem occurs, owners should follow the recommended procedures and contact Ferrari Roadside Assistance.
