Important Safety Recall Notice
Ferrari has issued a recall notice for certain Model Year 2019-2022 Ferrari Portofino vehicles due to a defect in the brake fluid reservoir cap, which may not vent properly, potentially leading to brake fluid leakage and loss of braking capability.
The recall affects vehicles with a certain VIN and includes a free repair package that consists of replacing the brake fluid reservoir cap and updating the vehicle’s software to provide a warning message if the brake fluid level is low.
If a warning message appears on the dashboard, owners are instructed to pull off the road and contact Ferrari Roadside Assistance or their authorized dealer for assistance.
Owner’s can also contact Ferrari North America, Inc. or the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) with any questions or concerns.

The recall repair is available free of charge, and owners are encouraged to schedule an appointment with their authorized dealer as soon as possible.
Vehicles registered in California must have the recall repair completed before registration renewal, and a Proof of Correction Certificate will be provided.
