Installation Recommendations
Use a hoist or hydraulic lift to facilitate the installation of your new Borla Performance Exhaust System. Take all under car safety precautions and lift the vehicle using a hoist or hydraulic lift.
Original System Removal
Remove the original exhaust system from your vehicle, lubricating all hangers, rubber isolators, bolts, and nuts. Carefully loosen and remove hardware on flanges on the rear muffler.
Additional Tips
For 2.0T models, a low-profile ratcheting screwdriver is needed to remove one of the top screws. Use a penetrating spray lubricant to facilitate the removal of exhaust fasteners.
