Emissions Recall UB4 Evaporative Emissions Canister
This recall applies to certain 2013-2016 Dodge and Chrysler vehicles equipped with a emission control system sales code NAAINAE or NAS.
The Evaporative Emissions Canister on about 81,000 vehicles may be unable to absorb the necessary amount of gasoline vapors during vehicle refueling, which may cause exceedance of onboard refueling vapor recovery emissions standards.
Repair
Replace the Evaporative Emissions Canister on all affected vehicles.
A campaign kit with part number CERGUBAIAA is required, which includes the canister, vapor charcoal seal, and vapor charcoal canister.
A special tool, wiTECH micro pod II, is required to perform this repair.
