User Manual Overview
This user manual is designed to assist operators with the safe and efficient use of the Chief Cybertruck Holding System.
System Purpose and Capabilities
The holding system provides operators with the ability to accurately and securely hold replacement parts during vehicle repair. It is designed for use with Chief Electronic Measuring and can adapt to any Chief style system with rectangular holes in the deck.
Setup and Assembly
The system includes short vertical fixtures, tall vertical fixtures, and large and tall horizontal fixtures that can accommodate bolts or threaded holes ranging from 6mm to 25mm with the use of bushings.
Turnbuckle Assembly
The turnbuckle assembly allows for vertical positioning of the holding system with a 4.5″ (115mm) range. Additional height can be achieved by using extension tubes and adapters.
Summary of Attachment Methods
The system includes various attachments that allow for connection of the fixture to the structure in different methods, such as the angle adapter and the pinch weld support.
