High-Voltage Charging Cable Lock Malfunction Troubleshooting and Repair
The bulletin addresses a malfunction in the high-voltage charging cable lock, causing issues with charging the vehicle. The malfunction can be identified by stored fault codes in the Charging Interface Module (LIM).
Procedure
Diagnose the issue using ISTA and identify the stored fault code(s). If neither fault is stored, continue with standard troubleshooting and diagnose other stored faults. Refer to the attached procedure for troubleshooting and repair.
