Recall Campaign Overview

Bentley Motors, Inc. has initiated a recall campaign for specific Continental GT, Continental GT Convertible, and Flying Spur vehicles manufactured between August 2019 and September 2021 due to incorrect front passenger seat belt assemblies without an automatic locking retractor (ALR) function.

This issue affects 25 vehicles in the US and 2 in Canada, and may cause the child restraint system to not be secured properly when using the seat belt.

Remedy and Procedure

Dealers are required to check and replace the incorrect seat belt assemblies with the correct ones, following the procedure outlined in the attached Bentley Technical Product Information (TPI) document.

Owners of affected vehicles will be notified in writing, and dealers should not deliver or sell affected vehicles until the remedy is completed.
