Important Installation Notes
Before installing the hard folding cover, ensure you have all the necessary parts and tools. If any parts are damaged or missing, contact BAK Industries.
Bulkhead Seal Strip Installation
Install the bulkhead seal strip along the radius of the bulkhead back edge. Trim the ends to fit tightly to the sides of the bed. Wipe the surface with isopropyl alcohol before applying.
Drop-in Bed Liner Trimming
If your truck has a drop-in bed liner, trim the top corners at the bulkhead and tailgate liner to allow for the bed cover rails. Move the bed liner away from the truck sheet metal to avoid damage.
