Important Safety Features
The Chevrolet Blazer EV is equipped with several advanced safety features, including:
Hard braking, Side Blind Zone Alert, Lane Change Alert, Lane Keep Assist, Front and Rear Park Assist, Automatic Parking Assist, Reverse Automatic Braking, Rear Pedestrian Alert, and Front Pedestrian Braking.
Charging and Maintenance
It is essential to keep certain areas of the vehicle clean to ensure the best driver assistance feature performance.
The vehicle can be charged to 80% or less for daily driving, and it is recommended to avoid allowing the high voltage battery to fall below 20% charged, if possible.
In extreme temperature conditions, full charge will take additional time, and charging will slow down as the battery recharges.
Warning: Do not charge your vehicle’s battery above an 80% charge if you are going to drive down long, steep grades such as mountain passes.
See your owner’s manual for more information on charging, maintenance, and other important features.
