This Service Information Bulletin provides best practices for troubleshooting Solterra Connect concerns, particularly when the customer’s driver profile is not the primary driver profile or when there are issues with activating Solterra Connect.
Important Notes
Technicians must complete Solterra training before performing any service procedures, and must review the Solterra Service Manual, Owner’s Manual, Quick Start Guide, TechTIPs, and TSBs before attempting to rectify customer concerns.
The Solterra Connect App is required for technicians to add themselves as a driver to any Solterra, and registration does not incur any cost or obligation to a subscription.

Phones attempting to connect to Solterra must meet certain prerequisites, including having Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS location data settings turned on, and accepting Solterra Connect’s request to use background data and Master Data Consent.
