Safety Recall Notice
This safety recall notice applies to certain 2023 Model Year (WL) Jeep Grand Cherokee and Grand Cherokee L vehicles.
Problem Description
The Central Vision Park Assist Module (CVPAM) software may prevent the camera signal from passing through to the media screen under certain conditions, leading to an increased risk of injury to people outside the vehicle.
Repair Procedure
Update the CVPAM software using the wiTECH scan tool. The estimated repair time is 30 minutes.
