- Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) B15A804
- Red SOS LED staying on after bulb check
- Lexus app inoperative or showing errors
- Remote start and remote services issues
- Depleted 12V vehicle battery
Warranty Information
This repair is covered under the Lexus Basic Warranty, which is in effect for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

DCM Reset and Firmware Update Procedure
The procedure involves moving the vehicle to an area with good DCM signal reception, performing a Health Check using Techstream, and clearing all DTCs.
