Super Cruise Overview
Super Cruise is a hands-free driver assistance feature for use on compatible highways. It steers the vehicle to maintain lane position while monitoring driver attention to the road.
How Super Cruise Works
Super Cruise uses GPS, cameras, and map data to determine vehicle location and detect marked lanes. It works with Adaptive Cruise Control-Advanced to maintain a safe following distance.
Engaging Super Cruise
To use Super Cruise, Adaptive Cruise Control-Advanced must be on. Press the Adaptive Cruise Control-Advanced button on the steering wheel to turn on the system.
Steering Wheel Light Bar Indicators
The steering wheel light bar and Super Cruise symbol indicate system status, including when the system is steering, when driver attention is needed, and when manual steering is required.
