Program Details
The program covers repairs for 10 years from the Date of First Use (DOFU), regardless of mileage.
Repairs must be performed at an authorized Toyota dealer, and parts must be ordered through the Campaign Part Order Request (CPOR) or Manual Allocation Control (MAC) process.
Technicians performing the repair must complete the E-Learning course “Safety Recall and Service Campaign Essentials” and hold at least one of the following certification levels: TICZO1A – Engine Service and Repair.
