Client Satisfaction Initiative
Infiniti is providing a free infotainment software update, including Wireless Apple CarPlay, until June 30, 2022. This upgrade will bring the vehicle’s infotainment software up to current production level, improve system overall performance, and enable wireless use of current Apple CarPlay features.
Retailer Responsibility
It is the retailer’s responsibility to check SERVICE COMM using Service Comm ID PC882 for the status on each vehicle falling within the range of this client satisfaction initiative.

Infiniti Bulletins are intended for use by qualified technicians, not ‘do-it-yourselfers’. Qualified technicians are properly trained individuals who have the equipment, tools, safety instruction, and know-how to do a job properly and safely.
