Issue:

Some 2018-2019 Expedition/Navigator vehicles built on or before 7-Jun-2020 may exhibit difficulty unlatching or latching doors and/or locking or unlocking doors due to water intrusion into the door handle cables.

Action:

Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition on vehicles that meet the specified criteria.

Warranty Status:

Eligible under provisions of New Vehicle Limited Warranty (NVLW)/Service Part Warranty (SPW)/Special Service Part (SSP)/Extended Service Plan (ESP) coverage.
