Safety Recall
The fuel pump motor impeller may swell, causing the fuel pump to seize and stop working, resulting in the engine not starting or stalling while driving, increasing the risk of a crash.
Affected Vehicles
2018-19 NSX models with ALL trim levels are affected.
Corrective Action
Replace the fuel tank unit (fuel pump module) to correct the issue.
Note:
This repair is for the fuel tank unit only (driver’s side) and not the secondary fuel gauge sending unit (passenger’s side).
