Vehicle Safety Recall Campaign 327
This recall campaign affects 2017 Maserati Levante (M161), Quattroporte (M156), and Ghibli (M157) vehicles due to a software problem in the Entertainment Telematics Module (ETM) that may cause the rearview camera to become inoperable in temperatures below 32°F.

Remedy
The remedy involves installing new software into the ETM using a pen drive (USB stick) with a minimum capacity of 8 Gb and NTFS format.
The procedure includes turning on the engine, inserting the pen drive, and following the on-screen instructions to complete the software update.
