Introduction
The 2016 Audi TT features the Audi virtual cockpit, a high-resolution display that replaces the traditional instrument cluster.
The Audi virtual cockpit offers two display views: Classic and Infotainment.
Classic View
In the Classic view, the gauges (speedometer and tachometer) dominate.
Infotainment View
In the Infotainment view, additional functions such as Navigation, Telephone, and Audi connect or Media feature prominently.
The display has a resolution of 1440 x 540 pixels and measures 12.3 inches diagonally.
The system can be operated using the multifunction steering wheel or the MMI operating controls in the center console.
The Audi virtual cockpit can display a wide variety of information, including graphics of the driver assistance systems and images of the back-Up camera system.
