California Emission Control System Warranties

Warranty Coverage

The warranty period varies depending on the vehicle’s certification and registration state, ranging from 3 years or 50,000 miles to 15 years or 150,000 miles.
Owner’s Responsibilities
Vehicle owners are responsible for performing required maintenance, presenting their vehicle to an authorized retailer for repairs, and retaining maintenance receipts.
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC, may deny warranty coverage if the vehicle or part has failed due to abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
