Slight Pull/Drift to the Right Condition
This service bulletin addresses a condition where some 2015-2018 Lexus NX models may exhibit a slight pull or drift to the right while driving on a straight and flat road.
Cause and Repair Procedure
The condition may be caused by excessive cross caster. The repair procedure involves verifying and adjusting the front caster angle, and ensuring all other alignment measurements are within specification.
Warranty Information: This repair is covered under the Lexus Basic Warranty for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle’s in-service date.
