Customer Satisfaction

Honda’s main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with their vehicles. If you’re not satisfied with your Honda, you can follow a three-step process to resolve any issues: talk to the dealership’s management, contact Honda Automobile Customer Service, or request a review by the National Center for Dispute Settlement (NCDS).

Lemon Laws

Many states have enacted “Lemon Laws” to protect consumers who purchase defective vehicles. These laws vary by state, but generally provide relief if a vehicle has a problem that cannot be repaired after several attempts or has a series of problems that keep it out of service for an extended period.

Honda may cover some or all of the cost to repair a problem not covered by the limited warranty on a case-by-case basis. You can discuss this with your dealer or contact Honda Automobile Customer Service.
