Customer Satisfaction
Honda’s main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with their vehicles. If you are not satisfied with your Honda, you can follow a three-step process to resolve any issues: talk to the dealership’s management, contact Honda Automobile Customer Service, and if necessary, request mediation or arbitration through the National Center for Dispute Settlement (NCDS).
Lemon Laws
Many states have enacted “Lemon Laws” to protect consumers who purchase defective vehicles. These laws vary by state, but generally provide relief if a vehicle has a problem that cannot be repaired after several attempts or has a series of problems that keep it out of service for an extended period.
Warranty Coverages
Honda offers various warranties, including a New Vehicle Limited Warranty, Powertrain Limited Warranty, Federal Emissions Warranties, and more. These warranties cover repairs and replacements for certain parts and systems.
