This bulletin addresses the issue of CVT judder and DTC P17FO or P17F1 stored in certain NISSAN models.

Affected Vehicles

2013-2018 Altima (L33), 2013-2020 Pathfinder (R52), 2016-2021 Maxima (A36), 2015-2017 Quest (E52), and 2015-2021 Murano (Z52) with CVT and V6 engine only.

Repair Procedure

The bulletin provides a repair flow chart and detailed instructions for CVT repair, including control valve removal, CVT chain inspection, and reprogramming.

Important: Reprogramming must be done before performing additional services.
