Important Pre-Installation Notes
Please read the instructions carefully and verify the contents of the kit before installing.
Installation requires moderate mechanical skills, and a qualified mechanic is highly recommended.
Preparation
Turn off the ignition and disconnect the negative battery cable. If the engine has been running within the past two hours, let it cool down.
Write down all memory settings before disconnecting the battery cable, as it will erase pre-programmed electronic memories.
Disassembly
Lift and remove the engine cover, then loosen and remove the hoses from the stock intake tube.
Remove the air scoop from the radiator support and the intake tube assembly from the air box.
Remove the lower air box assembly and the three bolts from the lower part of the air box.
Assembly
Install the intake bracket, rubber vibration mount, and straight silicone coupler.
Insert the HPS intake pipe and secure it with the T-bolt clamps.
Reinstall the breather hose and recirculation hose back onto the HPS intake pipe.
