This program is for certain 2011-2017 Model Year Explorer vehicles with carbon monoxide concerns.

The program will be in effect through July 31, 2022, with no mileage limit.

Service Action

Dealers are to reprogram the climate control module and replace the lift gate drain valves at no charge to the vehicle owner.

This service reduces the potential for exhaust to enter the vehicle.

Vehicle Coverage

Affected vehicles are identified in OASIS.

Police Interceptor units are excluded from this program.
