Remote Starter Operation
The remote starter system allows you to start the vehicle remotely using the Range Rover Key Fob. To operate, press and hold the start/stop button until the blue LED blinks, then release. The parking lights will flash to confirm receiving the signal, and the vehicle will start after three seconds.
To unlock the doors, tap the start/stop button twice. To relock the vehicle while remote started, tap the start/stop button once.
Folding Side View Mirrors
Since the Range Rover Key Fob is not used to unlock the doors, you will need to press the buttons on the door to reposition the mirrors.
Rear Hatch Release
When the vehicle is running on remote start, the Range Rover Key Fob is inoperative. Unlock the vehicle by tapping the start/stop button twice, then the rear hatch can be opened with the manual release.
Normal Locking
The Range Rover Key Fob should always be used for normal locking and setting of the alarm system.
Key Fob Operation
For older style key fobs, you have been given the original battery and tray. For newer style key fobs, you have been given the original battery, key blade, case, and chrome trim. Follow the instructions provided to use the key or reinstall the battery and tray.
